2. Providing personal data is voluntary, but failure to do so will prevent cooperation or contract implementation.

3. Personal data is collected and processed for the purpose of contractual or legitimate interests of the personal data controller.

4. The categories of personal data held are basic data and / or data on convictions and violations of law.

5. The processing of personal data, including information provided in the fourth point by the data controller or an entity authorized by him, takes place within the limits and in accordance with the abovementioned EU and national legislation.

6. We do not profile personal data.

7. We do not transfer personal data outside the territory of the Republic of Poland without your prior consent.

8. The natural person to whom the data pertains has the right to request the administrator to access their personal data, rectify them, remove or limit processing, as well as the right to object to the processing, as well as the right to transfer their data and submit a complaint to the supervisory body of the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.

9. The management of granted consents is carried out by contacting the data controller.

10. The withdrawal / modification of the consent does not affect the legality of the processing carried out on the basis of the consent prior to its withdrawal / modification.

11. The data will be processed no longer than it is necessary to achieve the above objectives (point three), but not longer than until the withdrawal or modification of the consent given, and after that time the data may be processed until the expiry of the limitation period.

12. The data controller takes measures to ensure the safety of personal data collected and processed, and in the case of violation informs the competent state authorities, to detect the perpetrators and to prevent future violations. Every natural person whose data will be violated will be informed about it.
